Baruch atah adonai eloheinu melech ha'olam asher kid'shanu b'mitvotav v'tzivanu l'hitatef batzitzit.
Blessed are you, Lord, our G_d, sovereign of the universe. Who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us to wrap ourselves in the tzitzit.
